You don't need tools or experience. I'll teach you everyday till you qualify for your Residential Wireman license at 2 years. You don't need a car. Just the heart and drive to meet me at certain locations/park-n-rides and I'll work with you. This job is demanding on your body. You'll be going up and down ladders all day. We work fast naturally. Quick hands make more money. It's demanding on your mental. You'll constantly be faced with situations that require quick problem solving and action. I'll be next to you guiding you through so you're never alone. This job is meant for those who naturally want to work hard and fast. This environment enhances those features and as a result, you make more money. The faster you learn the trade, the more you get paid. The faster you move, the more you get paid.
