EDGE Flex for Food // A Christmas Eve Workout for the Greater Chicago Food Depository Join us for Flex for Food! This special 45 minute total body strength class will require no equipment, and 100% of proceeds will go toward our food drive for the Greater Chicago Food Depository - where we will aim to provide 25,000 meals by the end of the year. Entry is $8.33 (which will provide 25 meals!) This event is open to all :) If you wish to make a donation on top of your ticket fee, please do so here We will offer 8:30am class both in person (outside) and via zoom IN PERSON - OUTSIDE (1430 W Willow) Please arrive in a mask, keep 6' distancing, and bring your own exercise mat (no equipment is needed) You will be able to load into personal 6' zone for the entire class (and you can remove your mask during class as long as 6' is maintained)We will require all registered for in person to complete a covid questionnaire 24-48 hours prior to class time (we will email this out)Please dress for the weather! In case of rain, we will hold session (we have overhang on top of our workout space)Plenty of free street parking available along WillowVIA ZOOM Only yoga mat is neededWe will provide the workout and call in details 24 hours prior to class time
