Jobs I need help with are described below, with numbered photos Photo 1-5: Drywall repair. Repair cracks and tape joints. Re-float, re-texture to match. Home owner will do the painting. Photo 6-7: Stucco repair. Fill and match to existing wall. Photo 8: Repair stairstep crack in mortar above garage door. Photo 9: Repair roof shingles and rotted fascia boards. Shingles damaged by tree limb. Must have insurance. Photo 10: Powerwash driveway, sidewalk and front porch. Photo 11: Replace storm door (homeowner to select and buy). Photo 12: Strip and repaint back porch deck.
