Need Mechanic to Rebuild or Replace Engine

Need an experienced Automobile Repair Mechanic to replace or rebuild an engine on a 2006 Toyota Highlander. Cylinder #2 is misfiring and there are some leaks. If you replace the current engine, then I will be purchasing a used engine and all needed parts. But I will need you to put the engine in. If you rebuild the engine, I will buy all parts. Looking for the least expensive option. You must have experience, tools, and a place to perform the work. Please tell me your EXPERIENCE and estimate YOUR FEE for rebuilding the current engine or installing the replacement engine.
