Need someone who can occasionally carry boxes for me

I have a medical condition that limits my ability to lift things. I also on occasion need to move heavy things into or out of my apartment on the second floor. I'd like to find someone local I can call to arrange help on those days. For example, I have some heavy (20 lbs) medical supply boxes that need to be moved downstairs on Monday and put into my van in preparation for a trip. I will need help again on Wednesday afternoon. Last week, I bought a desk at Ikea and couldn't carry the box upstairs. Luckily, I was able to ask my neighbor, but since this will happen more and more, I think it's better to pay someone. Will arrange all the work times in advance, and somewhat flexible about when it happens, but generally it has to happen on a specific day. Ideally, I'll find someone who lives nearby and is open to this time of random help.
