The Rho Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. invites you to the Annual Formal Blue Tie Affair. This event will celebrate the servant leadership of the outgoing administration and congratulate the incoming administration while raising funds for our annual scholarship initiative. The 36th International President, Honorable Chris Rey, will serve as the keynote speaker. Please join us as we continue "Empowering Generations of Men to BELIEVE in Advocacy, Community Service, and Engagement". The night will be filled with live musics, honoring leaders with awards, and fellowship with community organizations and partners.
