It's also about nourishing your body and making meaningful personal connections in order to lead a healthy, balanced life. Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. With a focus on whole-body health, we are excited to host a 45 minute low impact, energizing workout with Chaia Bethesda. We can’t wait to welcome you and offer a taste of Chaia’s insanely delicious plant-based tacos! About this event: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in, get settled in your spot and enter our raffle drawing. Movement will take place directly in front of Chaia on their outdoor patio (next to the movie theatre). After class, enjoy a complimentary taco and beverage tasting.
