Beltway Brewing
Winter Warmer Taste and Learn
Tuesday, November 16 at 7pm
As the weather turns colder and the days grow shorter, our beer preferences turn towards darker, heavier bodied beers.
Join us for a “Taste and Learn” session in the Beltway Brewery Events Room led by Head Brewer, Ryan Stanley and Taproom Manager and Brewing Assistant, Greg Reynolds.
They will guide you through a tasting of several darker beer styles, including Porters, Stouts and Barleywines. Greg will review style history, and aroma and flavor profiles. Ryan will discuss brewing ingredients and methods and will delve further into the use of barrel aging and wood infusions that are often used to enhance these complex brews.
While you are learning, you will enjoy a tasting flight that will include 6-8 different Beltway made beers. As a special treat, you will also enjoy a special pre-release tasting of our Black Snake 2021, right from the fermentation tank.
A limited number of seats are available for this session, so don’t delay.
