Meet the dynamic young gourmet entrepreneur Chef Victor Aguilera, whose delivery service Arepas en Bici launched in April 2020 in the midst of the covid pandemic. In conversation with KQED En Español reporter Carlos Cabrera-Lomeli, Aguilera will share his love of cycling and Venezuelan comfort food with stories and savory tastes from his culinary start-up. His vision was to share a little piece of his home and childhood in Venezuela with the Bay Area.
