20 years of saving pets! We're adding the final touches and will be ready to officially open the doors on Saturday, November 20th! Join us for our 20 year anniversary and Open House between 10:30 and 2:00 PM. Comb your hair, put on your best blue jeans, put the kids, mama, grampy and grandma in the Chevrolet and head over to see our new facility, meet "Sandy" our Ambassador Pooch and have a good time. Can't wait to see you! There is no cost to attend. Pulled pork sandwiches will be available for a free will donation and we will be selling raffle tickets for chances to win a rack of smoked ribs. RIB RAFFLE Purchase your raffle tickets on-line or at the event to enter two drawings for Smoked Ribs. You do not have to be present to win but make sure and include your phone number with your on-line purchase so we can notify the winners. You do not have to purchase raffle tickets to attend the event (but we hope you do!) Meet SANDY our KCHS Ambassador Pooch. Sandy was born on January 23, 2021, on the same day he and his 5 littermates were rescued from a neglect case in Barber County. Sandy has been blind from birth and has been with KCHS his entire life. We're excited to officially introduce Sandy as the newest member of our KCHS family.
