An immersive journey into our hearts through music, breath, and meditation. Connect in joyous release through movement and dance. Experience guided visualization breathwork with music and voice through immersive headsets, leading into a grounding HeartRise meditation and guided movement + dance to release. Little West juice will be provided. Location is in Downtown LA. * We are taking Covid precautions. All windows will be open. Headsets are sanitized and one-time use only (not shared). A series of happenings with a mission to explore our potential within and beyond the human experience.
