She brings each and everyone easily through the poses focusing on the breath and giving you a relaxing sequence that settles the mind and brings each student into awareness with their body. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Event may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen conditions. A rain date may or may not be offered, and is not guaranteed. By registering for this event you agree to the following: I agree to social distancing requirement of 6ft. If I am not vaccinated, I understand that wearing a mask can reduce my risk of contracting COVID and is recommended. I understand that I may be photographed and/or recorded as part of the park's events announcements, social media, and future promotions for the park or for YOGA in the Park. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in YOGA in the Park , and am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with participation which may include, but are not limited to: physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others' negligence, travel to and from the activity, or from conditions at the activity location. Nevertheless, I assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, of my participation in the activity. I hereby discharge Canco Park Conservancy, it's board and YOGA in the Park and all its affiliates, managers, members, volunteers, representatives, assigns and affiliates from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily waive any right that I otherwise might have to bring legal action against Canco Park Conservancy, it's board or YOGA in the Park for personal injury or property damage.
