The GRAMMY-nominated Aizuri Quartet has garnered acclaim everywhere for its passionate and incisive performances. The trailblazing and GRAMMY-nominated Aizuri Quartet is know for their passionate yet incisive performances, and for their creative programming. They perform their own arrangements of works by Hildegard Bingen and Barbara Strozzi, alongside a string quartet written for them by Evan Premo (Lyrica’s Inaugural Composer-in-Residence), and works by two contemporary composers: Rhiannon Giddens and Eleanor Alberga.
