Grab your yoga mats + journals for a special Thanksgiving edition of Sunrise Sessions! This time we're back for a special Sunrise Session: History Harvest edition. Join us on Sunday, November 21st at 6:00 a.m for a communal sunrise release experience where we'll celebrate our rich history and how far we've come. Bring your stories, photos, lessons, and more from your family tree to share with our community. Don't forget your yoga mats and get ready for a powerfully energizing start to your week. Morning Tea and bites will be served. Rideshare services like Uber/Lyft are highly suggested as street parking can be scarce. Questions?
