Whiskies aged in casks the previously held bourbon, Sherry, Port, and even Madeira are now commonplace, but there is much more for master distillers to explore. In this class, we will examine whiskies that are aged in curious, unique, or unusual casks. Oddball spirits, little known wines and liqueurs, even new types of wood will make an appearance.
