Need a break? Come to Welcome. Do you need a little rest and renewal after this last year? Are you looking for community or even just a few close friends? Are you not sure what you're looking for but still feel like you're searching? Welcome is a weekend experience designed with you in mind. It is a way for you to experience God, the Catholic faith, and your church community in a new and powerful way. The St. Wenceslaus women's fourth Welcome weekend is April 2-3, 2022. Welcome is a two day experience held at St. Wenceslaus. If you're an adult and part of our school or parish community, you're invited. Welcome is not made for a certain age or a certain personality. One of the beautiful things about it is the diversity in the people who attend a weekend together and the diversity in the team who puts it on. During the weekend you'll hear the Welcome team share real, powerful stories from their lives on a variety of topics. No matter who you are, there's something here for you. We'll provide loads of food, a place to sleep, and an enriching experience. You just show up with an open mind. The cost is $35 paid to the parish office at your convenience. "I had no idea what Welcome Weekend was about and honestly just thought it would be a weekend away from family responsibilities. Little did I know that this weekend transformed many parts of my life, deepening my relationship not only with Jesus but also with the women of our parish.
