In-Phase Agility Training (Men and Women)
Are you tired of the treadmill? Are you looking for a challenge? Are you seeking to meet other people? Come partake in a unique fitness class in the heart of Dallas. It is challenging, and at times hard but a great positive experience. Participants complete agility drills, change-in-direction drills, and more. All you need are tennis shoes and water and then you are ready to go. Occasionally, members go out to get food or drinks after the workout is complete. We look forward to seeing you!
