Description

Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician for our Condominium in Fort Lauderdale, FL (33301). Schedule: Monday through Friday (7:00a-3:00p) Some weekends could be required. Responsibilities: Pressure cleans stairways, breezeways, sidewalks, and other common areas. Meets with vendors and obtains proposals Ensures shop and garage are locked and secured daily. Repairs patio screens as necessary. Removes plants near building stucco. Maintains light carpentry repairs of the building. Replaces worn or damaged parts in machines and/or equipment used within the maintenance department. Replaces sprinkler system heads, as needed. Conducts visual fire alarm inspection every Friday. Performs other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
