UFC 269 fight night! Saturday December 11th, we will be showing UFC 269 at our Ceres Brewery & Taproom. Championship tripleheader! UFC is closing out its 2021 PPV campaign with a slam-bang fight card featuring three separate title defenses, including the lightweight main event between newly-crowned titleholder Charles Oliveira and former interim champion Dustin Poirier. We are a destination craft brewery off the beaten path. A refined experience. A back-road adventure. Some would even say the known unknown. Our beers are just that - familiar yet uncharted. We do our best to source the freshest ingredients from our own family farm and neighboring farmers in the Central Valley.
