In-person church service at City of refuge in Oakland, celebrating 30 years of community. General Admission Tickets go on sale November 7th at 2 PM PT. Will you be facilitating the service but haven't got your Team Ticket? Email us. Seats are limited to 125 and this includes those facilitating the service. Please, only book tickets if you know you can attend. If you have a ticket but your plans change, please reach out to us so someone else can take your seat! The service will also be live streamed. Everyone over 12 years of age has to be registered with name and email. You can register up to 5 people. Doors for check in to service open at 10 am. Read the COVID Protocols / check in procedures below and come prepared! Thanks for working with us in keeping everyone safe. CITY OF REFUGE COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR INDOOR WORSHIP • All VACCINATED attendees must provide “PROOF OF VACCINATION” at the check-in station. • NON-VACCINATED attendees must provide proof of a recent negative COVID test (within 72 hours) CHECK-IN PROTOCOLS & PROCESS 1) Entrance to the church will only be from the BACK PARKING LOT. An accessibility ramp is available for building entrance. There will be no access through the Enterprise Way front door. 2) While standing in line we ask that you remain masked and observe social-distancing guidelines between people who are not a member of your party/pod 3) Check-in by COR Deacons will take place in the parking lot and includes the following steps: a. Have forehead temperature checked and respond to COVID-symptom checklist b. Display vaccination card or proof of RECENT negative COVID test (within the previous 72 hours) c. Sign the “Waiver of COR Liability” IN-SANCTUARY PROTOCOL 1) Please follow the directions of the ushers/deacons as they seat you in the seating as arranged; 2) PLEASE REMAIN MASKED THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE – This includes all singers and musicians; 3) The restrooms at the end of the hallway will be available for use. Signage in the restrooms will provide the sanitary protocols (use of seat covers and Lysol spray in each stall, etc.)
