This event is capped at 50 attendees. This event includes 4 courses and 3 wine pairings. 🍽 The Tasting Menu Your chefs have an exciting array of dishes planned for you! The plates will feature locally sourced produce, pork from River View Farms, USDA Angus beef and heirloom corn from Mexico. Take a look at the courses: 1. Salsa, escabeche, a few small tostadas (vegan and gluten free) 2. Pork tamales (vegan available, both gluten free) 3. Birria taco with beef or mushroom (mushroom is vegan, both gluten free) 4. Apple empanada with cajeta and local ice cream or fruit with chamoy (fruit option is vegan and gluten free) 🍷 The Wines Dishes will be thoughtfully paired with an assortment of organic and biodynamic wines. Organic wines in the U.S. are made from organically grown grapes and without added sulfites. In Europe, wines can have some sulfites. Biodynamic wines follow a farming method that's based on a specific astronomic calendar. Founded in the 1920s, biodynamic farming also uses organic practices.
