I am inviting you to a relaxing and rejuvenating time to recharge! Me Time is an investment in yourself, for yourself! I realized that so many of us have become experts at multi-tasking — specially during COVID-19. We became teachers of our children, we are caretakers, we manage our households, our careers and our finances, and trying to balance all of it we have become so busy that we tend to let life activities take over, run on auto-pilot and tend to forget about ourselves as life becomes a habit and a chore and not the joy it was meant to be. We all want our loved ones to be happy and to please everyone, but no one can give 100% if they are tired, worn out and overwhelmed. So I realized that "Me Time" is so important because we cannot make others happy unless we are happy. We need "Me Time" to recharge our battery and allow us to focus our attention on what is really important. We become calm and centered and better able to deal with the everyday bumps. As a result, we are able to give more of ourselves to others. So today I decided to share one hour of "Me time" with you so we can exchange tips and tricks! If you’re saying to yourself right now “No, I really don’t have the time or the money to do something like that!,” remember that this as an investment in yourself. You are worth it!
