I need a 4x4 replaced and bolted to the stringer. I need one added- per pic. and i need a top stair planed or sawed off so its not a trip hazard. and would like someone to add lag bolts, missing screws and to replace a few steps cut crooked. I will supply the lumber. Let me know your experience, your best price, and how long it will take you to do it. It needs to be to building code. I apologize for current condition- had a guy with a business card and name on his vehicle- worst work i have ever seen. please do good work. Just tell me what supplies you need and I will get them.
