Slow Downed Yoga
Come slow down from your busy week at our Saturday Slow Down Flow! Join our yogi community for a guided meditation and a sweet and savory hour long slow down hatha type practice. All levels and all bodies welcome, but this will really be a class geared towards beginners!
Feel free to bring any props that will make you most comfortable (mat, blocks, blanket, strap, etc.).
Come by yourself or bring along your family and friends for a substance free yoga experience.
