We have a need for some independent contractor roofing help for our business. We get calls for things like tarping or small repairs that we would like to service directly with some labor help.
We are looking for only a few people who may be available both short-notice and scheduled in advance to help us with small roofing projects. The person should be in physical condition to be able to do this type of work, and he or she should have experience working on sloped roofs.
We do not know how long the extra work of this type may last, so we are looking for independent contractors who will be willing to sign a subcontractor contract and the appropriate tax document. We are happy to pay either hourly or daily for the work or an agreed upon per job fee.
We are hoping to have an initial phone conversation and then possibly meet once in person at our office as an interview process & to establish a relationship prior to beginning work.
