Join us for our Full Frost Moon ceremony in our new studio. We will have Yoga, Meditation, a crystal workshop and optional massage. The full moon in November is The Frost Moon. We will focus on the feelings evoked by the color of snow and ice in this ceremony. White is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity. It is considered to be the color of perfection. White can represent a successful beginning. We encourage you to wear the color white for this session - white leggings, white shirt or sweater if we're lucky to have cool weather. This session will be held in our gorgeous new studio on Lake Ivanhoe. Bring your crystals to set in the window sills to be charged in the moonlight. Our yoga instructor Maria will do a short workshop on crystals and their power and meaning. Each guest will receive a clear crystal. A gentle yoga practice will be followed by guided meditation. After the meditation, we will have herbal tea available to share. Kimberly Markovich, our massage therapist will be available for chair massage after the meditation. The cost for chair massage is $20 for 15 minutes. It's the best $20 you'll ever spend. We will have herbal tea available as part of our ceremony. We will also have other meaningful elements of our Full Moon Ceremony that you can participate in. We hope you can join us!
