To develop and promote multi-cultural visual and performing arts, music and film programming as well as to become to providing results oriented after school arts in-education programming. The organization will specialize in activities designed to increase audience awareness and the development of local and multi-cultural artists and promotes community involvement in the arts for Urban core residents in the upstate New York region.
