An 8 Course Tasting Of Autumn Flavors Enjoy a night of an eight course tasting menu focused on autumn flavors highlighting a cross cultural indigenous foodways experience. Featuring two Twin Cities chefs whom are community based helping to bring awareness to their food cultures. Blong Vang (Hmong), and Brian Yazzie (Dine'), are graduates of Saint Paul College's culinary arts.
