Come on our for fun day at the Distillery! From making the cuts, to proofing down and bottling, lets learn how a still and the process works Come on our for fun day at the Distillery! From making the cuts, to proofing down and bottling, lets learn how a still and the process works! Take home your own custom label - Each participant will take home a 750 ml bottle of the spirit produced! We will be using our own apple-based Rum... with cherries added in the gin basket, to infuse flavor into the vapors. Snacks will be provided. Plan for about 4 hours of fun in our Distillery! Limited to 20 people per class. 20 people must be signed up or class will be rescheduled when full. Cost is $100 per person, $50 deposit balance due on day of class.
