Self-Defense training for children ages 13-19 Participants will learn safety in social situations, social media, parking lot safety, being situationally aware and will practice real life self-defense techniques and vehicle anti-abduction responses. I offer scheduled events in Child Abduction Prevention, Teen Safety, and Ladies Self-Defense in a Leesburg, VA facility.
