Cole's Flea Market is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team players to join our Maintenance team! This team works behind the scenes making each guest's experience the best it can be. As part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing support to site services by being able to operate heavy equipment and power tools. These tools include riding mowers, power drills, paint machines, forklifts, etc. as well as being responsible for maintaining the premises. This is a Full-Time position offering a robust benefits package - We are motivated to hire immediately - Apply Now! Duties: Provide preventative maintenance on landscaping equipment Operate power tools and heavy machinery (CDL a plus) Provide support for special events Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have a general working knowledge of landscaping equipment to include, but not limited to, zero turn mowers and trimmers, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry Shift: Full Time: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry tools and heavy weighing materials. Ability to work safely in confined spaces and at heights including the use of ladders and scaffolds.
