I am looking for someone who would be willing to do a 50k loan. I really don't want to go the bank route for obvious reasons. Obviously it would all be legalized, the payments etc... I can list the specifics of why I am seeking this but if there is any possibility you are willing to do this please let me know. It does have to do with housing I will say.
