Lost Dog

!!!Lost Dog!!! This is Buddy, he is an older dog about 15 lbs and has ran off. He is mostly blind and was wearing a grey sweater and red collar, he ran out about an hour ago off of Kirk Ave in Elgin, and was seen heading towards Bent st. I know its technically cook county but it is right on the border and the more eyes the better. He is my dad's dog and they love him dearly and we are worried because of how busy Villa is just down the road. Please do not hesitate to contact with sightings, we have multiple people searching in vehicles and on foot. He is microchipped as well as having a tag on his collar. He is normally friendly and will come when called, but he is scared of children. He is missing fur on his back (would be covered by his sweater) and around his eyes due to allergies which are under treatment. Please help us find him. The second and third photos are of him in the sweater and collar he was wearing- he did not have the booties on.
