Detroit Period Project is partnering with LGBT Detroit and Sherria Perry to gather donations of menstrual hygiene products! Please join us for a donation drive/celebration on LGBT Detroit's campus located at 20025 Greenfield Rd. We are collecting donations of menstrual products for survivors of domestic violence. Together with Detroit LGBT's Healing and Social Services and Divine Diva Productions, we hope to reach our goal of 250 care packages that each include enough supplies to last one menstrual cycle. There will be light refreshments, music, and vendors. The event will be held in a ballroom venue with masks/social distancing. There will be speakers representing each organization at this event, so feel free to stick around and learn more about what we do (maybe you're into networking), or just drop off your donation, grab a snack, and run!
