What kind of class is this?
NAWC is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Yoga. You will increase your strength using body weight movements and equipment like slam balls, speed ladders and jump ropes.
What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga/fitness mat and wear comfortable sneakers. Please check in on Instagram Live 5 minutes before class so you can sign a waiver, get settled and meet the rest of the group. Guests arriving 5 minutes after class starts must complete 20 burpees after class ends!
