Proform's 755 CS treadmill, also called the 755 CrossTrainer, is an older treadmill model that offers a space-saving design, powerful motor, automatic features and programmed workouts. The motor uses an internal fan to reduce noise and cool components to extend the motor's life. The machine's incline system and speed is activated with the push of a button; the deck and treadbelt provide a shock-absorbing cushioning system that operates quietly and protects joints while offering a comfortable walking surface. It has moving wheels so you can easily place it against a wall or store it behind furniture with a heart rate monitor built into the handlebars, a workout fan and a ClearView Prizm display for a clear readout. Workout options include a manual workout mode, preprogrammed workouts and custom workouts. Interactive cross-trainer workouts feature a fitness coach to verbally and visually encourage you to perform a variety of exercises.
