NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Jennifer Clark, 34, of Linton Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing from Walmart in Hudson on Sept. 3. Clark was previously convicted on theft charges twice before, in 2018, according to the indictment. Jonathan Coffin, 59, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 7 in Nashua. Suzanne Czarnionka, 58, of Derry Street in Hudson on a felony reckless conduct charge and simple assault-extended term. She was accused of swinging a piece of metal, being used as a weapon, at a Hudson police officer as well as biting the officer in the arm on July 21. Wesley Desrosiers, 54, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Toyota Camry from Hertz, believing that it has been stolen, on June 29 in Hudson. Daniel Diperna, 68, of Loop Road in Hudson on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Kimball Hill Road in Hudson on Aug. 1. Tyrone Evans, 40, of Cross Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fluorofentanyl on Aug. 20 in Merrimack. Kenneth Ferguson, 34, of Heon Court in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine/Adderall on May 8 in Hudson. Breanna Fields, 26, of Gills Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing razors and a cookware set from Target in Nashua during the course of multiple thefts between Feb. 16, 2020, and Nov. 22, 2020. Cristy Fernandez, 42, of Walnut Street in Nashua on two felony motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charges. She was accused of driving on Aalds Street in Nashua on July 27 and on Pine Street in Nashua on Aug. 4. Brian Fredette, 39, of Central Street in Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam, meth charges on March 31 in Nashua. David French, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 7 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in March. Christina Fuller, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 26 in Nashua.
