This treadmill is “almost new”. We think we bought it about 10 years ago and we can’t remember whether we ever used it. So it is barely used but stored in our basement folded up for all these years. It comes with the manual explaining all the features including preset workout programs, ability to create custom programs, calorie burning and heart rate numbers plus lots more options.
