Rehoming my cute tabby cat

I need to rehome my cat Lily, because she does not do well with other cats. She's not aggressive, but just extremely nervous around other cats. She's sweet and loves pets, and really does well when isolated from other animals. Looking for someone to take her with no other cats or dogs. Rehoming fee of $20! I can give some cat food and a litter box if needed! :)
