Looking for large house to host live music

Hi there, I am looking for a large house to host a show. I moved to Seattle fairly recently and am still getting my bearings, but before I did I was in Olympia and ran two show houses. The show would be rock music (nothing too hard as I want to respect the space) meets DJs. It would mostly attract people in their mid 20s - 30s. Do you have a large space and wish to support the local music scene? We will pay a reasonable amount for use of the space. The house part is important because I want it to be comfortable.
