Looking for Drivers (Property locators) and Property Inspectors (FLEXIBLE HOURS/NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
For the MEMPHIS, TN area. Must have reliable transportation, access to Smartphone/camera, and a computer with high-speed Internet connection.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers
- Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties
- Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC
- Taking pictures and video of property and uploading files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or email
- Putting lock boxes at properties
- Driving targeted zip codes with the intent of locating distressed, vacant and/or abandoned properties.
- Placing bandit signs
REQUIRED JOB HOURS
- Drivers: 10 to 20 hours per week
- Inspectors: 3 to 10 homes per week
PAY (weekly via CashApp)
- Drivers/Property Locators: $1 per Lead
- Property Inspectors: $50 per property Inspection
