Rehoming a blue merle Australian Shepherd

I have a lovely blue merle Australian Shepherd that I have to rehome after 9 years of ownership. My personal and familial responsibilities have changed quite a bit and I can no longer provide adequate care for her or my other dogs. She is dog- and people-friendly. She has basic obedience and learns quickly. Billie is a wonderful jogging, skating, and biking companion. I used to mountain bike her with her and more recently would bike or skate with her on residential streets/biking trails. This is hard for me to do, but must be done.
