Working Classic Rock Band seeks Singer/Bass Player

We will be holding auditions looking for a replacement for our lead singer/bassist who has decided to leave the band by April 2022. The band plays between three and six times per month with the busiest months being in the summer. We usually have more time off in April, May and June to be decided among bandmates. Usually we try to play closer in the area during the winter but then the summer we can travel up to 3-1/2 hours away. We do have a lot of fun, yearly summer shows, where the families usually comes along and makes a mini vacation out of it. Always fun. The music includes all well known songs from the seventies, eighties and nineties. Some examples would include collective soul, ac/dc, GNR, Zepplin, zz top, danzig, iron maiden, motley crue, billy idol, buckcherry, def leppard, kiss, van halen etc....Most of the songs are done just like the original recording. Even if you have some songs that fit your voice we're not opposed to adding them as long as they fit the format of the band. We're also not against doing some of our own originals and some recording as well. We are ultimately looking for an exceptional talent in a bassist/soprano rock-vocalist to fill the roll. However, top talented singers or bass players are more than welcome to inquire as well. We're not opposed to finding somebody from the lakeshore or Milwaukee as well. And if you're from Milwaukee we're not opposed to playing there sometimes as well. We are more or less what you would call a "party band", where we have a great time, get the crowd involved and it's all about having fun and making a little money in the process. Big egos and drama would definitely not be a good fit. We do run our own sound system from stage so band members would be required to show up early and help set up and tear down as well, as much as possible.
