Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Offering Competitive salary + Commission and Benefits Work Outdoors / Independently with all newer equipment and technology Growth Opportunities Tenure Bonus Paid Training Daily Tasks include: Fertilizing with motorized walk behind spreader or spraying with 300ft hose, spraying for mosquitos, preventative treatment for various lawns including weeds, fungus, insect control and more Offer New Services to Customers No mowing or landscaping! Requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate machinery Ability to meet production goals Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds Tolerate Florida elements Pass a drug test and background check. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, arborist, painter, maintenance crew or general laborer is highly desirable but not required.
