Need a building or bay for a 24 ft pontoon needing to repair the floor and install new seating. The boat on the trailer will take up approximately 32 ft. I won't move in till I am ready to start the work...everything is on order now for delivery. When everything has arrived or most of it....I will move the boat in and go to work...should have done in a month.....two at the most. Will need lighting and electrical if possible.....not a deal breaker if the price is right or the location. I will also barter for the rent if possible. The earliest I could move the boat in would be Nov. 13th or so. I am very flexible on location of building. Call or text for more details and most of all to hear from you about your offer.
