HANDYMAN Carpenter Painter$80,000 - $140,000 / YEAR (DC MD VA Metro area) compensation: $40-$45 employment type: full-time We provide quality and reliable services throughout DC MD and VA. We are currently looking for multi-skilled, all around professional Carpenters / Painters and Handymen. Our pay rates are from $35 per hour and can go up to $45 per hour depending on you experience, equipment, professional transportation. We have great opportunities for advancement. General requirements: - Reliable, responsive and professional - Your Own Professional Truck or Cargo Van with ladder racks and ladders. - Fully equipped to handle all types of painting or Home Improvement assignments. - Ladders for interior and exterior (extension ladders) projects - Self starter, confident problem solving and working alone or with a team. - Experience handling service calls and remodeling work Skill requirements: - Light electrical skills/knowledge - Light plumbing skills/knowledge - High level carpentry/maintenance skills - High level tiling skills - High level drywall and paint skills What we offer: - Full time work 5 to 6 days per week - Starting rate of $40 to $45 per hour with opportunities to grow quickly - Handyman company with lots of room for growth - Abundance of work!
