Licensed Electricians Wanted for Referral

This past summer I started a low voltage landscape lighting business and ran into many customers that needed outdoor 120V GFCI outlets installed. Since I'm not a licensed electrician, I'm not supposed to be working with permanent wiring that's over 30V. I'm looking for licensed electricians that I can call up to do these outlet installations when I run into them. I also get a lot of requests for 120V outdoor lighting that I've been turning down and would like to be able to refer these. My website is rhapsodylighting.com and I've had customers throughout metro Detroit, mostly during warm weather so the business is slowing down until next year, but there's actually one current project I'm doing that needs an outlet installed.
