Looking for General Contractor Licensed Convert Shop to Office

We live just outside of town and am in the process of converting my 20x40 shop into more of an office since I don't do any farm or automotive work but like to have a place to store records and just relax sometimes. There are a bit of all different trades involved but it's not that much of an area to cover. We are looking for someone who has all the trade skills from framing to drywall to siding and insulation; to flooring and paint as well as tile. There is just one wall to frame and it's mostly cosmetic. We're not doing anything here that involves anything load-bearing. There are a few french doors to add and some concrete work though. If you have all these skills, are polite, a hard worker, and someone who can type up a bid for the work please let me know. A bid can be done quickly if you know the costs of such work and spend any quality time at Home Depot or Lowes. (As I do since we are in the rentals business). I will be involved with the process and it's important that you are open-minded and willing to listen. When it comes to things like insulation I will probably request that you pre-caulk in various spots before the insulation is installed. Few little steps that make a big difference. I will probably break this job into tasks as well so that payment is made at the completion of each task to make it easier for both parties.
