Found cat who may be lost

This cat started coming around in thursday and friday. I left him inside to keep him warm friday night. He is too friendly to be a stray but also is aggressively needy. If he can't see you, he will cry until he finds you. He is all up in your face and space to try and get attention constantly. He needs to go home or find a new one.
