Previous CF house, before COVID... it was rented to a renter for a year until July... totally renovated, carpet to flooring, inside and outside entirely repainted, exterior walls got inserted insulation... Looking for a new child care provider who wants to explore opportunity in this high income neighborhood. As long as you have intention to open child care here, we can work out a plan, for example you start to do your marketing to enroll kids and I continue to do Airbnb, until you know you have enough kids to make it work here... I do still have furniture for the preschool classroom, cubbies, table and chairs. Double kids heights hand washing sinks. Playground outside. Front yard kids can ride bikes. Backyard can do gardening etc. Flexible starting date. $2000 classroom or entertainment room only, all utilities included $2000 per month. $4500 classroom/entertainment room plus the 3 bedroom house, all utilities included, day care furniture included (cubbies, table and chairs etc). Note: the program needs to be educational on top of child care. Age group 2.5-5 plus elementary after school care (cross street is Cedar Mill Elementary). Pure child care would not work for this area, due to the fact the parents in this area in general are highly educated and high income and they expect more instead of just child care. I did 5 years language program here and it was good.
